DIPLOMA CANDIADTE ONLY

Candidate with 0 to 6 months experience only (Male candidate only)

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of computer systems and software.

Assist with password resets, user account management, and access provisioning.

Document and track issues, resolutions, and work performed in the ticketing system.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Provide guidance and training to end-users on best practices and the use of IT resources.

Maintain and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and IT standards.

Assist with inventory management and asset tracking for IT equipment.

Support IT projects and initiatives as required.

Proven experience in a similar desktop support or technical support role.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software.

Strong knowledge and understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
