into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Understand day-to-day workflows from the owner and departments
Document SOPs in clear steps and checklists
Coordinate SOP implementation with Sales, Design, CNC, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts
Track SOP compliance and highlight deviations
Maintain basic trackers and MIS using Excel / Google Sheets
Ensure work does not move forward without checklist completion
Who Should Apply
Candidates with operations, admin, MIS, coordination, or process-oriented backgrounds
Qualifications
Any Graduate or Diploma holder
Degree stream is not a constraint
Skills Required
Process thinking and documentation ability
Strong follow-up discipline
Basic Excel / Google Sheets
Clear communication in Hindi and English
People who enjoy structure, systems, and follow-ups
Comfortable working directly with the business owner
Willing to work across office and factory environments
