Key Responsibilities

Administer and monitor system networks, firewalls, and security infrastructure. Manage and maintain

WordPress servers

, updates, and plugin security. Implement and uphold

HIPAA

and

ISO 27001

compliance requirements. Perform regular system audits, backups, and recovery testing. Monitor logs and respond promptly to security incidents. Collaborate with the IT, HR, and operations teams to ensure system reliability and compliance. Support hardware/software installations, troubleshooting, and user access management. Work in

US business hours (flexible shift schedule)

to support international operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1+ year

of experience as a System or Security Administrator. Strong understanding of

network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and server management

. Knowledge of

HIPAA

data protection requirements and

ISO 27001

frameworks. Hands-on experience managing

WordPress websites and hosting environments

. Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills. Willingness to

relocate to Kochi

for an in-house role.
