Key Responsibilities:

Design and plan Netmation systems and hardware.

Respond to technical inquiries and perform troubleshooting on-site and in-house.

Explain system designs and solutions to customers.

Required Experience:

Possesses extensive knowledge of systems and hardware. Capable of handling technical inquiries and troubleshooting both on-site and in-house. Able to provide explanations to customers.

Work Experience

Must-Have Skills:

High level of expertise in PCs and systems (both hardware and software).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of electrical circuits.

Global experience.

Language skills (English, Spanish).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
