Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and set up computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipmentMaintenance and Upgrades:
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and install upgrades to improve performance, CCTV maintenance, and similar jobs.Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including failures of storage devices, processing units, and other components.Documentation and Support:
Track hardware documentation, report on failures, and provide technical support to users and the IT team.System Monitoring:
