About the internship
1. System Monitoring:
a. Operate and monitor software systems
b. Perform regular system checks
c. Address any system issues promptly
2. Troubleshooting:
a. Work with IT and development teams to resolve issues
b. Report any system errors or failures
3. User Support:
a. Provide technical support to system users
b. Resolve user-reported issues
4. Documentation:
a. Keep detailed records of system operations and issues
b. Prepare reports on system performance
c. Document standard procedures and troubleshooting steps
