Job Summary
We are hiring
System Operator & Customer Support Executives
to install and configure
company software
at client sites, provide basic system support, and assist customers in day-to-day software usage. This role is ideal for candidates with
basic computer knowledge
and willingness to work at client locations. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Install Met Weigh India
software on client computers
(desktop/laptop).
Configure software settings as per
weighbridge / system requirements
.
Connect software with
weighing indicators, printers, cameras, and basic hardware
.
Perform basic system testing to ensure smooth operation and data accuracy.
Provide
basic training and support
to client staff on software usage.
Handle customer queries related to software operation and reports.
Coordinate with
service engineers and technical teams
during installations.
Maintain installation records, service logs, and customer acknowledgements.
Assist in basic troubleshooting (software errors, printer issues, backup setup).
Required Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate
0-2 years experience
in computer operation, system support, or software installation.
Freshers with good computer knowledge are welcome
.
Essential Skills
Basic knowledge of
Windows OS, software installation, file management
.
Familiarity with
MS Office, printers, backups, and email usage
.
Basic understanding of
USB, LAN, serial connections
(preferred).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to
travel to client sites
when required.
What We Offer
Salary:
?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
