Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Hardware & Network Administrator

to manage, maintain, and optimize our computer systems, network infrastructure, and surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth technical knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure management, along with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals. Perform

system formatting, OS installation, driver configuration, and software setup

. Design, implement, and troubleshoot

LAN/WAN networks

, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Handle

CCTV setup, configuration, and monitoring system maintenance

. Perform

crimping (RJ45), IO punching, cable management

, and structured cabling for network setup. Configure and manage

routers, switches (D-Link & Cisco - managed/unmanaged)

, and Wi-Fi networks. Monitor and maintain

network security

, ensuring data integrity and access control. Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues promptly. Maintain

network topology documentation

, asset records, and performance logs. Coordinate with external vendors for IT hardware procurement, AMC, and support when needed. Provide

technical support

during online assessments to ensure uninterrupted operations. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients in

both English and Hindi

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of

computer hardware components

and troubleshooting. Proficiency in

system formatting, OS installations (Windows/Linux)

, and driver management. Hands-on experience in

network configuration, routing, switching, and cabling techniques

. Understanding of

network topologies, firewalls, IP addressing, and subnetting

. Familiarity with

D-Link and Cisco networking equipment (managed & unmanaged switches)

. Knowledge of

CCTV system setup and integration with network infrastructure

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

in both English and Hindi. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics. Certification in

CCNA / CompTIA Network+ / Hardware & Networking

(preferred). Experience working in

education technology, online assessment, or IT infrastructure environments

.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
