System Management Specialist Middleware

The Role Role : Middleware Admin / SME Location : Hyderabad / Mumbai Your Role & Responsibilities: As middleware Administrator / Expert with extensive experience in implementing middleware Instances as per solution. You\'ll work with client to understand the requirements and provide required support to middleware platform and suggest required changes as per industry standard and implement improvements in the client environments and provide support. Responsibilities: Manage, operate, Monitor and react on the application & web server events like instance availability, service availability and the space availability of disk drives and file systems which would be configured and auto alert configured by ICICI -PhonePe team. Manage, operate, Monitor and react on the backups, recovery errors, respond to the request regarding the restoration of the MW services Install and manage open source softwares and tools Cross team coordination for quicker resolution of problems if any. Monitor & Attend on the alerts, performance related issues like high CPU utilization, application performance, high Memory utilization, filesystem usage for MW instances which would be configured and auto alert configured by ICICI -PhonePe team. Handle break-fix issues as per the technical SOP document and basis on skills and knowledge gain. Handle & acknowledge the basic requests for stop/start services, user creation and grant specific access to user Technical support to applications on trouble shooting Environment, software and application level issues for application & web server Building MW application server environments, patching, VA fixes if required as per L3 provided SOP\'s and instructions. Usage of clusters, profile creation, additions of nodes to clusters, deployment manager profile etc. Assist & coordinate with development team for application deployment/changes Security / SSL configuration Plugin changes and propagation Applying patches, updates, fix packs for product related issues Raising problem ticket with for product related issues. Assisting OEM/L3 team with logs and traces from the servers Implementing changes suggested by OEM/L3 team for resolution of any issues Thread Dump and Heap dump analysis Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to standard processes and procedures such as automation through Unix Shell/python/ansible scripting, Follow the compliance and security guideline and to make sure compliance level is as per bank compliance expectation. Follow-up and do all needed coordination to achieve this. Coordinate for data backup, suggest/recommend backup to be taken, coordinate for recovery of data, coordinate for data extraction and coordinate with internal team for extract of information Required Skills: Experience in Middleware Platform on implementation, configuration, administration. Experience in design, development, documents, deployment, and support of complex solution Working knowledge of infrastructure-layer security design patterns, technologies and products. Must have a clear knowledge of ITIL based service delivery. Strong communications skill and multiple stakeholder\'\'s management End to end implementation of middlware instances, configuration and upgradation Trouble shooting technical issues Knowledge of automation to reduce the number of incidents or repetitive incidents are preferred. Work with project team from envision to deployment of the solution in production.
