Nice to have skills: DNS, Wan connectivity, Firewall configuration
Job description:
- Windows, Desktop & Server administration.
- Setting up new users and managing and maintaining file servers.
- Provide technical support for software issues users encounter.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Data backup & restore.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Respond to and resolve the helpdesk requests.
- Liaise with vendors & users for problem resolution.
- System troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
- Other tasks as assigned.
