About the Role

We are looking for two experienced System Integration Leads with solid expertise in HL7 and FHIR to support a key ongoing healthcare technology project. You will be responsible for leading integration streams, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth end-to-end interface delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of healthcare system integrations using HL7 and FHIR standards.

Work closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business analysts to gather and refine integration requirements.

Ensure seamless integration between multiple healthcare systems, applications, and platforms.

Oversee interface development, testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness.

Drive and support UAT activities, including defect triage, resolution planning, and deployment coordination.

Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and mapping sheets.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and security guidelines.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare system integration.

Strong hands-on expertise in HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.

Proficiency with integration tools, interface engines, or middleware (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, InterSystems Ensemble, etc.).

Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR systems, and clinical data exchange models.

Experience in mapping, transformations, validation, and error handling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working with Qatar or Middle-East healthcare clients.

Exposure to security protocols, OAuth2, SMART on FHIR, RESTful services.

Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for integration deployment.

Travel Requirement

Candidate should be willing to travel to Qatar for 3-4 weeks during the UAT phase, as required by the project.
