IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced System Engineer in India.
You'll be responsible for the following:

• Support the full integration lifecycle: requirements, testing, deployment, and post-deployment issue resolution.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve system-level hardware and software issues
• Collaborate with R&D to deliver integration solutions that meet both customer and system requirements.
• Act as a technical filter before escalating to R&D.
• Develop clear technical documentation and deliver customer training to ensure smooth implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted technical contact.

• Bachelor's Engineer in Electronics or mechatronics.
• At least 8 years of experience as a system engineer with high orientation to integration or system integration engineer from automotive companies - must have
• Hands-on experience with system integration.
• Must be able to read, interpret and analyse requirement documents, test data, schematics drawings and reports.
• Effective communication, problem solving, customer support focus and team oriented.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English - must have

• Familiarity with functional safety procedure and practices - great advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of international standards.
