• Plan and setup of HIL test environments
• Create and manage validation plan and test results with HILS system measurements, and constantly seek ways to improve simulation and test quality.
• Analyze design and/or requirements specifications and authoring test specifications to validate them.
• Create models in Matlab/Simulink to support HILS test and/or generate test stimulus data.
• Analyzing test results and troubleshooting/debugging HILS system using dSPACE ControlDesk software, Vector CAN, oscilloscope, etc.
• Manage libraries of test cases, models, and requirements across multiple variations of ECUs.
• Create and maintain a knowledge database of test systems, procedures, and best practices.

• 4-year engineering degree in electrical, electronics (or very similar) fields

• Experience with modeling and simulating electric motors and related systems
• Scripting in MATLAB and basic understanding of FPGA, NI Veristand, Dspace platforms.
• Experience with Simscape based physical modeling.
• Plant/ HiL Model developer with 5+ years of experience in creating simulation and models in Hardware in Loop Environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Firmware engineers, test engineers) to ensure HIL simulation requirements are met.
• Create and validate mathematical models of physical systems (e.g. Motor, Inverter, Sensor, etc) using tools like MATLAB/Simulink and NI software
