Job Description

The

System Engineer

will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance systems that power our applications and client projects.

This role requires hands-on expertise in

infrastructure management, application deployments, DevOps automation, and system security

. You will work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and IT security teams to ensure our

Laravel + ReactJS applications, AWS environments, and integrations

run reliably and securely.

Key Responsibilities

Application & System Engineering

Deploy, configure, and optimize

Laravel APIs

and

ReactJS/Tailwind applications

. Integrate with third-party systems Standardize deployments and enforce performance best practices.

Infrastructure & DevOps

Manage

AWS infrastructure

(EC2, RDS, S3, Route53, IAM). Configure and secure

Linux servers, Nginx/Apache, SSL certificates, reverse proxies

. Implement and manage

CI/CD pipelines

(GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Automate deployments, background jobs, and scaling using

Docker, Redis, and CRON

.

System Reliability & Monitoring

Set up

monitoring and alerting

using CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, and Sentry. Proactively identify and fix bottlenecks, outages, and performance issues. Design

backup, failover, and disaster recovery strategies

.

Security & Compliance

Enforce

RBAC, MFA, encryption, and secure credential/token management

. Apply

OS patching, vulnerability fixes, and access audits

regularly. Ensure compliance with

GDPR, ISO27001, and data protection standards

.

Documentation & Collaboration

Draft

system design documents, SOPs, and architecture diagrams

. Collaborate with project managers and developers during sprint planning. Mentor junior engineers on infrastructure and system practices.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

3-6 years of experience as a

System Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps Engineer

. Strong deployment experience with

Laravel (PHP)

and

ReactJS

applications. Proven hands-on expertise with

AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Route53)

. Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, PHP). Experience with

CI/CD pipelines, automation scripting, and Docker

. Knowledge of

databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis)

and caching strategies. Understanding of

networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing)

.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with

Bitrix24 or other CRM/ERP platforms

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (

ISO27001, GDPR

). Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer Associate).
