Primary responsibility of this role is to support operations for PKI and Cryptographic Services. As a PKI operations engineer, you will be handling life cycle management of digital certificates which involves ticket handling (L2 Support), PKI infrastructure management, proactive monitoring.
As a Cryptographic service operations engineer, you will be handling key management system and tokenization platform. You will act as a consultant for both services providing technical guidance to other teams in DHL ITS. Your ability to co-ordinate with different departments plays crucial role in handling assigned tasks.


Strong knowledge of encryption, tokenization, server administration (Windows & Linux), key management system, active directory, DNS, GPO, TLS/SSL is basic requirement for this role.

As a PKI and Cryptographic Engineer having 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Windows and Linux administration is compulsory. Having problem solving skill is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of data security will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a PKI aficionado; therefore, you have a good understanding of Cryptography and Digital Signature. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
