Are you a Support Engineer with expertise in Linux and Windows environments and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals looking for the next professional challenge?Look no further: join our team where you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams that ensure a high level of system reliability and performance.What youxc2xb4ll be doing:

• Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Investigate and troubleshoot network-related problems, including connectivity and performance issues
• Work closely with first-level support and escalate cases when necessary
• Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and incident response
• Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles: collaborate with other IT teams to optimize infrastructure and improve processes
• Assist with patch management, system updates, and performance tuning
• Ensure security best practices are followed across all systems

What youxc2xb4ll need:

• Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL) and Windows Server administration
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, etc.)
• Experience with troubleshooting system and Java based application issues
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows security
• Experience using monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Checkmk, Nagios) and log analysis (syslog, ELK)
• Scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
