Experience Required: 2-5 years

Skills Required:

a) Minimum of 5 years of experience in System design or engineering, preferably in Defence Domain.

b) Must have undergone Embedded Systems Coarse.

c) A fundamental understanding of how to design, build, and integrate systems.

d) Expertise in integrating various hardware and software components, such as sensors, processors, and communication links, into a functional system.

e) Competency in designing and analyzing circuit boards, including familiarity with FPGAs, CPLDs, and microcontrollers.

f) Proficiency in languages like C, C++, and Python for embedded systems, real-time software, and test automation.

g) The ability to approach complex, real-world problems with critical thinking and a data-driven mindset, from diagnosing issues to developing creative solutions.

h) Strong skills in overseeing projects from start to finish, including managing schedules, resources, and budgets.

i) The capacity to respond to evolving requirements, dynamic security threats, and new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

j) A team-oriented mindset for working effectively with cross-functional groups.

a) Experience in defence domain / Tank based systems/ electro-optics systems is desirable.

b) Customer Interaction and Communication Skills is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 Years Relevant Experience

Duties in Brief:

a) Project Planning and Execution:

Contributing to project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Managing and executing assigned project tasks and ensuring timely completion.

Monitoring project progress and updating to reporting officer.

b) Technical Design and Development:

Leading the design and development of electronic circuits, systems, or components for assigned projects.

Utilizing CAD tools effectively.

Making component selection and design decisions within project scope.

c) Testing and Validation:

Developing and executing test plans and procedures for your area of responsibility.

Analysing test data and identifying and resolving technical issues.

Ensuring the performance and reliability of developed systems.

d) Team Guidance and Mentorship (if applicable):

Supervising and providing technical guidance to junior team members.

Delegating tasks and monitoring their progress.

Contributing to the technical development of the team.

e) Documentation:

Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and procedures.

Ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.

f) Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

Independently analysing and resolving technical problems within your area of expertise.

Escalating complex issues to reporting officer when necessary.

g) Communication and Coordination:

Communicating technical information clearly and effectively within the team and with stakeholders.

Coordinating technical activities with other teams or departments.

h) Quality and Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

Participating in technical reviews and audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
