Job Introduction

The System Engineer role in our IT Engineering Team is essential in managing and optimizing our CAx Licensing, which is primarily used for Client's product development. The role will be part of a team that supports the organization's engineering development IT related activities throughout the development lifecycle.

Major Responsibilities

o Maintain Software license inventory, and report on cost and revenue.

o Administration of the managed virtual desktop, Microsoft AVD.

o Processing system generated tickets in the areas of administration and monitoring

o Administration of IT Engineering Service Systems including, but not limited, to hardware, software and user support.

o Focus on systems and application stability, security, performance, and capacity management, as well as documentation.

o Provide on-site support to users in determined engineering offices.

Skills and Competencies

o Analytical Skills: Ability to analyses data and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficient operations.

o Communication Skills (English): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively collaborate with various departments, and provide clear instructions and support to users

o Experienced with CAD license management tools (FlexLM, etc...)

o Experienced with CAD environments [UG (NX), CATIA, Pro-E, PDM Systems]

Knowledge and Education

o

College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer science or IT Management

o Expertise in system installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, monitoring, and security procedures

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
