System (Tally ERP) Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Tally ERP Implementation and Management
Lead the
end-to-end implementation
of new Tally ERP features, modules, or upgrades across all three units, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Configure and customize
Tally ERP based on the specific accounting, inventory, and reporting needs of each unit.
Manage the Tally ERP system, including
user creation, access rights, security settings,
and system back-ups.
Ensure
data synchronization, reports and consistency
across the three units
Coordinate with external Tally vendors or consultants
for advanced technical support, licensing, and major system changes.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for all Tally ERP related issues and queries from users across the three units.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve
system errors, data corruption issues, synchronization problems, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
Training and Documentation
Develop and conduct
comprehensive training sessions
for new and existing users on Tally ERP functionalities, best practices, and new features.
Create and maintain
user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs),
and internal documentation related to Tally usage and configuration.
Promote efficient and standardized usage of the Tally system across all units.
Qualifications and Skills
Required
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience
in implementing, customizing, and supporting
Tally ERP
(preferably TallyPrime or a recent version).
Proven ability to
troubleshoot complex Tally system problems
and provide timely resolutions.
Strong
problem-solving and analytical abilities
with attention to detail.
Preferred
Prior experience managing Tally ERP across
multiple company units or locations
