We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Business Analyst.\\ Business Analyst In this role, you will:

• The role is responsible to undertake activities on Design and Development (CTB) as well as Production Processing Support (RTB) fronts related to System Functioning
• Performing system level analysis, identify impacted components linking business requirements. Technical and functional design and documentation
• Representing the high-level designs in business forums. Engaging with the developers as well as product owners to make sure the technical designs satisfy the requirement. The role also would require to thoroughly test the built functionality to make sure it complies with the requirement
• Ability to identify test scenarios based on business logic, write test cases, test execution and defect tracking. Understanding the standard compliance and controls requirements and translate those to system solutions
• Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service\xe2\x80\x99s direction.
• Create robust technical design and a strategy for development of new components to meet requirements. Work on test plans including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality aspect.
• Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release / change.
• Keep up to date and have expertise on current tools, technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to aspects like data privacy, consent, data residency etc. that are applicable

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Having past hands-on experience in working on data warehousing or reporting systems. Experience in requirement gathering, writing requirement specifications, technical specifications for data processing and ETL processes
• Prior experience in Credit Risk Reporting/ Regulatory Reporting, preferred. Prior experience and awareness on compliance and controls requirements in IT systems
• Preferred technology skills \xe2\x80\x93 SQL, PL/ SQL, Basic Unix Knowledge
• Ability to translate business level requirements to system level components or blocks
• Experience on working with documentation tools (e.g. VISIO)
• Prior experience in performing business testing, writing test cases, test execution and tracking of defects
• Ability to review the deliverables from other team members. Having good skills to work in diverse team. Good knowledge on incident management and ability to lead the team from the front during incident/crisis calls
• Ability to manage various stakeholders which could be Business Users, Change Delivery, Audit Representatives, etc.
