• Plan, organize and maintain Oracle ERP e-Business Suit (Financial modules) and In-house Customized modules Including Implementations, Extensions, Interfaces, Data Conversion, Upgrades and End user support.

• Design & develop Oracle based systems software and if requires, develop Forms, Reports & PL/Sql scripts to interface with the other running Legacy systems.
• Maintenance of Legacy System: Ensure uninterrupted operations of the Legacy Systems to support the Business continuity. Disaster Recovery System: Ensure uninterrupted operations of the All Systems to support the Business continuity.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify evaluate develop & implement new technologies and continuously improve system performance and solutions deployed to enable the Business to gain benchmark position.
• Identify, Plan, Execute and Monitor Application software development and implementation of new focus areas for Chemical Business.
• Perform Oracle Apps DBA activities.
• Coordinate with online DBA to facilitate maintaining high uptime levels.
• Management System implementation: Ensure implementation of systems like Information Security/ WCM /ISO etc in Unit through employee\xe2\x80\x99s involvement for continuous improvement in various activities.
• Lead design, development and support deployment during initial/Project stage.
• Manage application support (incl. add-ons/ improvements & licensing) as per SLAs.
• Development of S/W modules as per user requirements and maintaining the same.
• Implementation of various IT standards and controls to deliver best in classes.
• Design & developing new application software which helps users for automation
• Design, Developing and maintaining workflow (Lotus Domino Designer) application
• Maintenance of Oracle ERP Financial Modules & Legacy System: Ensure uninterrupted operations of the Legacy Systems to support the Business continuity.
