As System Analyst / Database Developer, your duties will include but not be limited to:Develop and manage ICT-based monitoring and decision-support systems for real-time project tracking. Design and implement a web-based GIS platform for data collection, analysis, and reporting. Integrate data from field surveys, environmental and social compliance, and progress monitoring into the system. Ensure system security, data backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms. Train project staff on system usage, data entry, and report generation. Provide ongoing technical support and system enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in developing ICT systems for project monitoring. Proficiency in database management, GIS systems, and open-source development tools.
