Your Role and Responsibilities

• As a Systems Analyst you need to support Talent Shared Services Service Delivery Teams through supporting the design process, creating innovative solutions, and deploying systems that are scalable, flexible and with minimal ongoing maintenance needs. The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Create and maintain scalable and flexible solutions with various technologies for individual teams up to a global audience consisting of 300k+ users
• Think creatively and provide innovative suggestions to improve process effectiveness and/or efficiency and overall solution design
• Support existing technology managed by the team
• Support special projects/requests within the team on an ad-hoc basis

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must have 2+ Years of overall experience.
• Must have working experience .Net MVC
• Strong programming background in .net framework, C#, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery developing desktop solutions, web applications.
• Experience writing, documenting and interfacing with 3rd party APIs, utilizing REST Web Services (familiarity with JSON, XML, API routes, tokens)
• Knowledgeable with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency creating and administering SQL Server and reporting with Power BI

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or above from a commercial, business or HR related discipline
• Familiar with RPA technology, such as UiPath or Blue Prism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint Designer, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. using VBA)
