Network & Maintenance of IT Peripheral Devices

Routing and switching troubleshooting (Noida & Site Office)

Provide support for N/w printer, Network Appliances, Biometric Machine, Scanner and system GIS Applications

Knowledge of Switch and able to install it on Rack and all LAN cable.

Operate Router Wi-Fi, Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

Able to Install OS & Applications

Able to identify the problem of hardware & troubleshooting them.

Windows & Linux Server

To maintain hardware and OS install to server as per required.

To manage and configure server (Linux and windows).

Maintain Security policy of I/W and O/W.

Records Management

Ensure the proper entry of complaint in register before attending.

Update the list of assets on monthly basis (like new inventory, repair, inactive parts, or systems)

Vendor Development & Management

Develop the vendor for IT equipment repair in cost & time effective manner.

Get at least three quotations before work allotment.

Miscellaneous

Co-ordinate with service provider issue e.g. Biometric, plotter, cloud providers, ISP (Airtel & Spectra) etc. in case of issues.

To manage and support their Network, Software and hardware issue to site office and Vasundhara office.

To manage/Support vendor, IT Asset. (for purchase, Repair, Rental, Payment etc.)

Also support in Admin work for e.g UPS , UPS battery , Servo, EPBAX Systems etc.

Manage the data backup

Identify the outdated or non-functional hardware thought the organization.

Desirable: Two Wheeler Mandatory, Able to work Independently.

Education :

B.Tech (CSE) or equivalent from the recognized institutes/college.

Certification like CCNA, Cloud Services, Exchange Server etc. will have an added advantage
