Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage server infrastructure and virtualization (VMware)

Configure and support LAN/WAN, firewalls (Fortinet), and network systems

Ensure IT systems security, availability, and performance

Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile device support

Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Manage Azure AD, DHCP, and cloud-based services

Technical Skills:

Server & Network Administration

VMware, Fortinet/Cisco

Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint

LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS

Endpoint & Security Management

IT hardware/software deployment
