We are seeking a skilled Network/IT Administrator to manage and maintain our internal systems, servers, network infrastructure, and provide technical support for software, hardware, and networking issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, server maintenance, remote desktop support, and troubleshooting, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot server issues, internal systems, and remote desktop/remote assistance needs.
Peripheral & Driver Configuration:
Install and configure computer peripherals, components, and drivers to ensure seamless operation.
Software Installation & Configuration:
Install software and applications according to user requirements and company standards.
Desktop Support:
Provide support for hardware and software troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely.
Network Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, internet access, and manage local area network configurations.
Computer Installation & Upgrades:
Install and upgrade computers and configure systems with appropriate drivers and operating systems.
Antivirus Management:
Install, manage, and troubleshoot antivirus software and resolve update issues.
Network Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve network problems to maintain optimal network performance.
Asset Management:
Maintain and update the asset database, ensuring the accuracy of asset details in coordination with relevant teams.
Vendor Coordination:
Work closely with vendors for hardware and software issue resolution to ensure timely problem-solving.
Internet Access Provision:
Manage internet access for users, ensuring network security and connectivity.
Remote Support:
Provide remote desktop support using tools such as ZOHO, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with
Windows 7/10/11 client OS
installation, configuration, and administration.
Proficiency in
VPN management
,
Active Directory
, and managing shared drives.
Expertise in
SCCM
and
WDS
for system deployment and compliance management.
Experience troubleshooting
Outlook
,
Office 365
, and managing backups and data restoration.
Knowledge of
antivirus/security tools
such as SEPM, Cortex, Netskope, and FireEye.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot
VLANs
and work with central network management teams.
Hands-on experience with
network configurations
and troubleshooting
LAN/WAN
issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Ability to manage
hardware and software setups
for office meetings and conferences.
Proven experience in IT administration or technical support roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
