Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain

servers, operating systems, and software

. Monitor system performance and ensure

high availability

and

security

. Manage

user accounts, permissions, and access controls

. Perform

regular system backups

and disaster recovery planning. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Ensure

data security and compliance

with organizational policies. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for technical support. Maintain documentation related to system configuration and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a

System Administrator

, Network Administrator, or similar role. Strong knowledge of

Windows / Linux servers

and

networking concepts

. Experience with

Active Directory

,

DNS

,

DHCP

, and

VPN

. Familiarity with

backup and recovery tools

. Basic understanding of

cloud platforms

(AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
