Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize ManageEngine Endpoint Central
Manage patch management, asset management, software deployment, and device policies using ManageEngine
Ensure maximum utilization of ManageEngine features (automation, reports, alerts, compliance)
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking in ManageEngine
Troubleshoot endpoint issues via ManageEngine remote tools
Act as first-level IT support for laptop and endpoint issues in a remote environment
QUALIFICATION:
ANY DEGREE.
BOTH FRESHER AND EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY
