Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, access control, and security settings. Manage VMware virtualization by deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting virtual machines. Configure and maintain VLANs and network switches to ensure secure and efficient network traffic. Perform regular server maintenance, including updates, patches, and performance monitoring. Support and maintain biometric systems, NAS storage, and CCTV infrastructure used in factory operations. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly backups, including verification and restore testing. Monitor and manage firewalls, update rules, review logs, and respond to security alerts. Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Strong expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy Management. Hands-on experience with VMware, VLANs, and core networking concepts. Experience supporting servers, NAS storage, CCTV, and biometric systems in industrial environments. Good understanding of firewall management, network security, backup solutions, and data protection.
