Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software applications on desktops, servers, and network devices. Assist in setting up and maintaining the network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Provide technical support to users, including resolving hardware/software issues, managing accounts, and ensuring data security. Monitor server performance, manage backups, and ensure regular updates and patches are applied to keep systems secure and efficient. Assist in maintaining the security of systems, including user authentication, access control, firewalls, and virus/malware protection. Diagnose hardware and software problems and implement solutions to resolve system issues. Maintain and update records for system configurations, installations, and network topology.
Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with hardware components (PCs, printers, servers). Understanding of system security principles (antivirus, firewalls, encryption). Experience with remote desktop support tools is a plus.

Pay Range - 8000 to 10000 per month
