Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Mac) and enterprise applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of servers and network resources.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates, patches, and backups.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
Support end-users with technical issues and provide Tier 1-2 IT support.
Assist in network administration tasks such as configuring switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Maintain IT documentation including system configurations, procedures, and asset inventories.
Follow company IT policies and contribute to improving system security and compliance.
