System Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies (Active Directory / Microsoft Entra).
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Manage endpoint security tools (Antivirus/EDR).
Network Administration:
Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance, availability, and usage.
Troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
Implement and maintain VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and IP address management.
Ensure network security and conduct periodic audits.
IT Support
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for employees.
Setup and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support video conferencing systems and meeting room devices.
Handle IT assets inventory and documentation
Security & Compliance:
Support implementation of IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Monitor firewall logs and security alerts.
Assist with enforcing backup policies and disaster recovery procedures.
Cloud & Remote Access:
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365.
Manage employees' remote access (VPN setup & maintenance).
Support cloud-based file sharing, emails, and collaboration tools
