Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain

servers, networks, and operating systems

(Windows, Linux, macOS). Manage

user accounts, permissions, and access controls

in Active Directory, Office 365, and other platforms. Monitor

system performance

, troubleshoot issues, and ensure

maximum uptime and reliability

. Perform

regular system updates, patches, and backups

to ensure data integrity and security. Implement and maintain

security protocols

, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection. Respond to and resolve

helpdesk tickets

and provide Tier 2/3 technical support. Maintain

documentation

of system configurations, procedures, and policies. Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute

system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery

initiatives. Monitor

network and server capacity

and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-3 years

of experience as a

System Administrator

or similar IT role. Strong knowledge of

Windows Server

,

Linux administration

, and

networking fundamentals

backup and recovery tools

. Understanding of

virtualization platforms

. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
