Key Responsibilities

System Setup & Configuration:

Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

User Account Management:

Create, manage, and delete user accounts and set appropriate permissions for access to company resources.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, providing technical support to end-users.

Security & Monitoring:

Implement security measures like firewalls and access controls, monitor system logs, and protect against cyber threats.

Performance & Maintenance:

Monitor system performance, apply necessary patches and updates, and tune systems for optimal performance.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies to ensure consistency and ease of use.

Backup & Recovery:

Perform data backups and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

Infrastructure Management:

Maintain and manage servers, network equipment, and other critical IT infrastructure.

Technology Planning:

Stay informed about emerging technologies and help plan for future infrastructure needs and upgrades.

Pay: ₹8,805.59 - ₹37,085.86 per month
