Job Description

Technical Skills:

1. Operating Systems: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.

2. Network Fundamentals: Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as network architecture and design.

3. Server Administration: Experience with server administration, including configuring and managing servers, such as Apache, IIS, or Nginx.

4. Database Administration: Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.

5. Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

6. Virtualization: Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, VirtualBox, or Hyper-V.

7. Security: Knowledge of security best practices, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access control.

Non-Technical Skills:

1. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

2. Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and other IT staff.

3. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
