Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests (via phone, email, or ticketing system).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Provide support for operating systems (Windows/macOS) and commonly used applications.
Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Assist in user account management and access control using Active Directory or similar tools.
Log, track, and document all issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 or L3 support teams as per defined procedures.
Support IT asset management, software installations, and routine maintenance.
Follow IT policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
