System Administrator (IT)

to join our team and ensure smooth IT operations and system management across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, hardware, and network devices.

Monitor and manage servers, firewalls, switches, and routers.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

Manage data backup, storage, and recovery processes.

Ensure IT security and protect systems against viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.

Provide technical support to employees (on-site and remote) and resolve IT-related queries.

Maintain IT documentation including inventory, configurations, and licenses.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.

Ensure timely updates, patches, and upgrades of systems and software.

Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in IT / System Administration.

Strong knowledge of

Windows/Linux operating systems

, networking, and system security.

Hands-on experience with

LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls

.

Knowledge of

backup solutions, email configurations, and troubleshooting tools

.

Familiarity with

cloud services

(AWS/Google Workspace/MS 365) will be an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

.

Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, etc.) will be a plus.
