What you will do:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers

• Manage and support cloud environments (AWS, Azure) for daily operations

• Deploy, configure, and maintain web servers such as Apache, Nginx, IIS

• Administer database servers including MySQL, MS SQL, and MongoDB

• Set up and troubleshoot email servers (e.g., Postfix, Exim, SmarterMail, Microsoft 365)

• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security

• Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity

• Respond to service outages and incidents in a timely manner

• Apply security patches, updates, and conduct basic hardening

• Assist in network configurations (firewalls, DNS, IP assignments, etc.)

• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

• Collaborate with senior admins and technical support teams as needed

• 2+ years of experience in system administration

• Good understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) and Windows Server administration

• Hands-on experience with Apache, Nginx, and/or IIS

• Familiarity with MySQL, MS SQL, and/or MongoDB

• Experience working with email servers and basic troubleshooting

• Understanding of network basics including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required) and on-call support

• Good written and verbal communication skills --- Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to basic DevOps tools like Docker, Git, or Ansible

• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, or Prometheus

• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
