We are looking for an IT Support professional who can handle end-to-end troubleshooting of systems, hardware, software, and basic network issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Resolve Windows OS, software, and application issues
Handle user account management (password resets, access support)
Support email (Outlook / Office 365) and standard enterprise tools
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
Provide remote and on-site IT support to users
Handle tickets and maintain issue documentation
Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1-3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / System Admin
Hands-on troubleshooting mindset (hardware + software + network basics)
Good communication and user-handling skills
Willing to learn and take ownership of IT issues

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Experience:
