Provide first and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Manage user account creation, modification, and deletion across systems (Active Directory, email, and biometric devices).
Set up and manage biometric attendance systems, ensuring accurate user enrollment and deactivation.
Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure proper functioning and recording across all locations.
Ensure uninterrupted
internet connectivity
by monitoring network performance and coordinating with ISPs in case of downtime.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems, antivirus, and security patches.
Manage IT asset inventory, including tagging, issuance, and returns of laptops and peripherals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk operations.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP), and internet configuration.
Hands-on experience with biometric systems, CCTV management, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Strong understanding of IT asset management and audit processes.
Experience managing vendors and validating technical invoices.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote access tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
Experience with Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and cloud-based systems (Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and compliance audits.
