for System Administrator
Sophos Firewall Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall to ensure network
security and optimal performance.
Active Directory Administration: Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user account setup, group
policies, and access control.
Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues (e.g., desktops,
laptops, servers) and software-related problems (e.g., operating systems, applications).
Printer Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot printer issues for end-users.
Telephony Systems Setup: Configure and maintain Panasonic and Syntel EPABX systems, including telephone
line setup.
Exotel Cloud Telephony: Design and implement call flows using Exotel cloud telephony solutions.
Wireless Network Configuration: Set up and manage Aruba Access Points to ensure robust wireless
connectivity.
Biometric Machine Management (Time watch): Install and configure Timewatch biometric machines for
employee attendance tracking.
CCTV Systems Setup: Set up and maintain CP Plus and Vintron CCTV Camera NVR and DVR systems.
Interactive Display Configuration: Configure and support Samsung and Maxhub interactive displays.
Internet Connectivity Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Spectra and ACT internet services.
Managed and PoE Switches: Configure and manage managed switches and PoE switches to support network
infrastructure.
Google Workspace Administration: Manage Google Workspace (G Suite) including user account setup, email
configuration, and application support.
Basic AWS and Azure Knowledge: Utilize basic knowledge of AWS and Azure for cloud-related tasks and
support.
Power backup for all network & PRI equipment
System Management:
