Job Description

1.Server Management
oInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux).
oManage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
oMonitor server health and performance.
2.System configuration based on organization policy.
3.User & Access Management
oCreate and manage user accounts and permissions.
oImplement security policies and access controls.
4.Email & Collaboration Systems
oAdminister email servers (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, M365).
oManage spam filters, email security, and backups.
5.Backup & Disaster Recovery
oSchedule and verify backups.
oImplement BCP and DR plans for critical systems.
6.Network Administration
oConfigure firewalls, VPNs, and network devices.
oMonitor network traffic and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
7.Security & Compliance
oApply patches and updates.
oMonitor for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.
8.Monitoring & Reporting
oUse tools for system performance monitoring.
oGenerate reports for capacity planning and audits.
9.Support & Troubleshooting
oProvide Level 1/2 support for escalated issues.
oDocument solutions and maintain knowledge base.
oEnd user support.
