Job Description

6+ years of experience as an Atlassian System Administrator, with a strong focus on Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket Data Center and Cloud products. Experience on 24/7 on-call rotation and managing Linux and MSSQL production environments. Proven experience in development and customizing workflows, schemes, and dashboards. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud enterprise solutions and involved in large scale Atlassian Cloud migrations. Experience with MSSQL to include database management and scripting. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Jira on Automation, Script Runner). Experience in monitoring/alerting tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk. Experience of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex root cause analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams. Nice to have Atlassian certified professional on both Data Center and Cloud Jira/Confluence system administration
