Key Responsibilities:

Perform system and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations. Manage and maintain computer hardware components and peripherals. Configure, monitor, and maintain firewall settings to ensure network security. Administer and troubleshoot D-Link switches and VLAN configurations. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT infrastructure. Assist in IT asset management and documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and networking fundamentals. Hands-on experience with firewalls and network security. Proficiency in configuring and managing D-Link switches and VLANs. * Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
