Techmeister Private Limited is a rapidly growing IT services company that provides
white-label Helpdesk, NOC, and Dedicated Engineering solutions to Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
across the United States. Our team works as an extended technical arm for MSPs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and end-user satisfaction.
We are looking for a highly skilled
Level 3 System Administrator
with strong technical expertise and experience working within MSP environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling advanced infrastructure tasks, managing client escalations, and mentoring Level 1/2 engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
Level 3 remote support
and resolve escalated issues from MSP partners.
Manage and maintain
Windows Server and Desktop environments
for multiple client infrastructures.
Handle
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, and RDP Servers
at an advanced level.
Administer and support
Office 365, Exchange Online, and Azure
services.
Implement and manage
Backup & Disaster Recovery
systems.
Work extensively with
RMM and PSA tools
such as
Atera, NinjaOne, Kaseya, ConnectWise, etc.
Monitor client environments proactively to identify and resolve potential issues.
Coordinate with MSP teams to ensure smooth operations and timely escalations.
Maintain strong and clear communication with U.S. clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience
as a System Administrator or equivalent.
Mandatory experience working with MSPs
or in a multi-client managed IT environment.
Deep understanding of
Windows Server Administration

Active Directory
,
Azure
, and
Office 365
.
Strong knowledge of
RMM tools
,
ticketing systems
, and
remote monitoring
.
Experience in
Backup & Disaster Recovery
,
Patch Management
, and
Endpoint Security
.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft / Azure / CompTIA certifications (MCSA, AZ-104, etc.)
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
Familiarity with IT documentation platforms and automation tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
