We're looking for an IT & ERP Executive to manage our company's IT systems, hardware, networking, CCTV, and support our basic ERP system. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support across multiple IT areas.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Manage servers, computers, and software.
Handle regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
Fix hardware and software issues.
Hardware & Networking:
Set up and maintain computers, printers, and network devices (routers, switches).
Monitor and troubleshoot network problems.
CCTV Management:
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and systems.
Ensure the CCTV system is always operational.
ERP Support:
Assist with ERP system setup and updates.
Help resolve basic issues with the ERP system.
Train staff on using the ERP system.
Security & Data:
Ensure IT security (e.g., firewalls, antivirus).
Perform data backups and restore if needed.
Collaboration & Support:
Work with other teams to improve IT processes.
Provide technical support to staff.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Experience:
2-4 years in IT support, system administration, hardware, networking, and basic ERP.
Skills:
Experience with Windows, networking, and hardware.
Knowledge of ERP systems (basic support).
Familiarity with CCTV systems.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
