Role purpose
This role provide Network Support to all Branches across PAN India along with IT Network Support to Head Office (Gurgaon).
Key accountabilities
Provide L1/L2 Support to End User & Senior Management Users.
Exposure in Handling Videoconference devices with Zoom/Team Meetings & Virtual Events.
