Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable System Administrator & Hardware Professional to manage Fresh2Day's IT infrastructure across head office and multiple retail stores. The role involves maintaining systems, servers, network connectivity, POS machines, and hardware devices to ensure smooth store operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

System & Network Administration



Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, servers, and user accounts. Monitor system performance, backups, antivirus, and security updates. Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, internet connections, and VPN if required. Troubleshoot system, software, and network-related issues.

Hardware & POS Support



Install, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, billing machines, CCTV systems, and POS terminals. Provide on-site and remote technical support to stores. Handle new store IT setup including cabling, systems, printers, and POS deployment. Coordinate with vendors for hardware purchase, AMC, and repairs.

Retail Operations Support



Ensure smooth functioning of billing software and store applications. Support during new store openings, system upgrades, audits, and peak business hours. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation for all stores. Ensure data security and access control for employees.

Compliance & Documentation



Maintain system logs, backups, licenses, and IT policies. Follow company SOPs for IT security and data protection. Prepare basic IT reports for management when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in system administration and hardware support Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and installations. Basic knowledge of CCTV and access control systems is an advantage. Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical staff. Willingness to travel to stores and provide support during weekends or emergencies.
