Job Description

Location:

Kheda, Gujarat (Onsite - Manufacturing Plant)-Moved to Ahmedabad after sometime.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

desktop support

for users, including hardware, software, printers, scanners and other IT peripheral devices. Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot (switches, Wi-Fi access points, CCTV etc.). Handle

basic networking

tasks - LAN/WAN troubleshooting, patching, and connectivity issues. Provide support for

firewalls

(configuration changes/escalation as required). Coordinate with vendors, OEM or senior engineers for advanced troubleshooting and escalations. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of the plant's IT setup. Ensure minimal downtime and quick response to IT-related incidents within the plant. Support and comply with IT security and backup policies defined by the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of

Windows OS (desktop/server environments)

. Hands-on experience in

troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers

. Ability to work independently in a manufacturing plant environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
