Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IT systems and networks, including WAN, LAN, and related infrastructure. Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related queries. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal system performance. Install, configure, and update software applications as needed. Ensure network security and data privacy through proactive monitoring and implementation of security measures. Document IT procedures, processes, and system configurations for reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and networking (WAN, LAN, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support and collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eligibility: Demonstrated expertise in hardware, networking, WAN, LAN, and related technologies.
